Amalie Beljafla had the honor to collaborate with H.H.Sheikha Fatima Bint Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s beautiful initiative FBMI  creating two carpets for a charitable cause titled  ‘Year of the 50^th’ , in the aim of building 50 wells in Afghanistan. All the proceeds from this collaboration has gone towards building the wells. Beljafla’s inspiration behind the two carpet designs is from her cultural and spiritual background. Beljafla’s sought after style and rich color palette can be seen in these exquisite designs ‘The Beacon Of the Universe’ and ‘Metamorphosis’ rich in symbolism. ‘The Beacon Of The Universe’ is a hanging carpet  with dimensions 1.54m x 1.48m; and ‘Metamorphosis’ is a floor carpet with the dimensions 2.45m x 2.13m. The carpets were exhibited at Abu Dhabi Art 2022 and at Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi 2023.
